Seagrass Press is a newly established family-owned and operated small press focusing on books with a connection to Florida.  It is proud to be the home of author P.J. Erickson. If you have found us, then you know that the book business is evolving. Like everyone else who is not a bestselling author, we faced a huge disadvantage climbing the wall of traditional publishing so we are joining the battle to change the system and get our voices heard.  It is our opportunity to give the public wider choices and a chance to sample the work of some of the excellent authors out there. Many wonderful manuscripts are rejected by mainstream publishing, not for the content, but because the publisher does not think the author will 'present well' or work hard marketing the book and filling the corporate coffer. Seagrass Press is venturing into this morass in a small way, starting with our featured author, P.J. Erickson.  You can be sure that this is her work, not a rewritten version of what an editor thinks her book should be.  Enjoy.
